StarCard provides electronic transport card activation and management services. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your card.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2. Payments and Fees

Our Service offers different activation plans with varying fees. By selecting a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change our fees with prior notice.

3. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of StarCard.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StarCard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
